Lake County, IN Obit


                            WILLIAM CURTIS (KERTESZ)

Funeral services for William (Kertesz) Curtis, age 20, of 3949 Monroe, 
will be held in St. Emerics church at 9 o'clock tomorrow following 
brief rites in Geisen's funeral home at 8:30.  Father John Sable will 
officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery. The body will remain 
in the Geisen chapel until time for the services.  Curtis died in the 
Lake County Tuberculosis sanitarium Saturday.  He is survived by five 
brothers: Gustaf, Eugene, Ben, Louis, and John; and by two sisters:  
Lena Johnson (should be Johnston), of Blue Island, Ill., and Mrs. E. 
Grunwald of Chicago.
