                         Mr. Walter Karr
 
                    (05/26/1914  -  09/16/1994)

Mr Walter Karr   a long time resident of Griffith, Indiana. 
He passed away at the age of 80.  Sept 16, 1994. 
Survivors include =his Wife Mary (Garr) Karr of Griffith Indiana, 
Two sons Michael (Cathy) Karr, and James (Ann) Karr both of 
Minnesota: One daughter Luanne (Gary) Wright ; Five grandchildren 
Jason, Catrina and Bryan Karr of Minnesota.   Keith Piper and Tim 
Piper.   
One Brother still living, Bernard (Lucille) Karr of Chicago Illinois.

He was preceded in death  by his Father Martin Karr Sr.  in 1924 
and Mother Centi (Hessler) Karr in 1965. 
Two sisters, Miss Emma Karr of Gary and Mrs Martha (Joseph) Brom 
of Hammond Indiana. Four brothers John Karr of Lansing Illinois, 
Martin (Lorraine) Karr of Hammond Indiana,  Arthur (Mildred) Karr 
of Hammond Indiana, and Charles Karr of Calumet City, Illinois.

Mr. Walter Karr was a member of St Mary Church of Griffith; and 
retired from Continental bakery with 15 years of service.  
A Veteran of the US Navy during World War II. 
Funeral Service will be held at the Calumet Park Cemetery Merrillville 
Burial will take place at Calumet Park Cemetery in Hammond.
