PLUCIENNIK, Tekla  (Tillie)

Age 78 of 4734 Ash Ave., Hammond, In. passed away Tuesday, June 12, 1973 at
St. Margarets Hospital, following a short illness.

Survivors: 

Daughter:  Mrs. Lydia (Lee) Lynch of Munster.

Son:  Eugene (Alice) Pluciennik of Des Plaines, Ill.

Son:  Edwin Pluciennik of Hammond, In.

Son:  Edmund (Helen) Weaver of Barrington, Ill.


Funeral Services Friday, June 15, 9:15 am from the Dziadowicz and Anthony
Funeral Home, 4404 Cameron Ave., Hammond.  10 a.m. at St. Michael
Archangel Church, East Chicago.

Rev. Edward Brzostowski officiating.  Burial, St. Michael Cemetery, Hammond.

She was a resident for the past 46 years;  a member of Polish National Alliance,
Group 114 of Hammond.
