                          Stephen John Kertesz

Stephen John Kertesz (Jr.)--age 70, passed away at Folsom Hospital 
in Folsom, California Thursday, July 26, 1973.  Employed as Assistant 
General Forman for U.S. Steel Corporation for 48 years, has been 
residing in Folsom for the past 4 years.  Survivors:  Wife, Ida; 4 
sons, Stephen Michael Kertesz of Phoenix, Ariz.; Jacque Sommerdyke 
of Shingle Springs, California; Albert Pagin of Lost Altos, California; 
and Carl Pagin of Highland;  11 grandchildren; 1 sister, Mrs. Harold 
Johnson of Richton Park, Illinois.  ...family request that contributions 
be made to the Cancer Research Foundation.  Funeral services will be 
held at Lach Furneral Home in Miller on Tuesday at 11 a.m.  Burial in 
Calvary Cemetary, Portage.
