Age 74 of Hammond, Indiana, passed away Tuesday Jan. 24, 1984 at his home.

Survivors:
Son:   John GAZDIK Jr.  (wife Mary Ellen)  of Cincinnati, Ohio.
Daughter:   Carol TOMCZAK  (hus. Frank) of Lansing, Ill.
Brother:   Steve GAZDIK  (wife Lucy) of Gary, In.
Sister:   Mrs. Mary ROBERTS of Columbus, Ohio.
Sister:   Mrs. Ann PALAIS  (hus. Gordon) of New Buffalo, Michigan.
Sister:   Mrs. Bea STANKOVIC of Michigan.
Four granddaughters.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Clarence J. Huber Funeral Home 722 165th St., Hammond in charge of
arrangements.

Mr. Gazdik was a member of St. Catherine of Sienna Church.
