Age 71 of Highland, In. passed away Thursday, May 23, 1991 at Lakeside
V.A. Hospital, Chicago.

Survivors:
Wife:   Betty Frak.
Daughter:   Joann JOLLEY (husb. Dr. Walter Jolley)  of Jupiter, Florida.
Daughter:   Alison MALKOWSKI  (husb. Dennis) of Crown Point, In.
Son:  John M. FRAK of Hessville, In.
Son:  Bob FRAK (wife Lori) of Marquette, Michigan.
Son:  Roger FRAK (wife Nanette) of Chicago.
Brother:   Bob FRAK (wife Marti) of Sherman Oaks, Ca.


Services were held Sat. May 25, 1991 at Mount Mercy Cemetery, Gary, In.

Mr. Frak was a resident of the Calumet area for 40 years.
He was a WW 11 Army Veteran.
He was a retired Automobile salesman.
A member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church where he served as an
usher and was former president of the Navajo Saddle Club.

Bocken Funeral Home of Hessville in charge of arrangements.
