Street passed away Friday, April 15, 1966 at Methodist Hospital.  
Surviving Husband - Bobby R; Son Bobby R. Jr; Daughter - Carol A. 
all of Gary; Father - Joseph Curtis Chastain of Hobart,  Brother - 
Joseph Charles Chastain of Hobart, Step-brother Parry Jean Horton of 
Hobart, sisters - Mrs Peggy Maddox of  New Jersey and Karen Chastain 
of Hobart.  Interment in Calumet Park Cemetary.
