Charles W. NICHOLS, age 71, of Highland, assed away
Thursday, October 23, 1980 at St. Catherine Hospital. 
Survivors: wife, Evelyn; one daughter, Beverly (Lloyd)
LAPLANT on Minn; four brother, Connie (Orlando)
NICHOLS and Bill (Nellie) NICHOLS, both of Wis.,
Walter (Delores) NICHOLS of Mich., Paul (Oma) NICHOLS
of Highland; three issters, Nettie (Joe) FREDA of Wis,
Maebelle CLINTON and Joan (Vernel) LAVIOLETTE, both of
Griffith; several nieces and nephews; five
grandchildren, gayle, Charles, Donald, John and Bill;
three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Oct 27, 10 am at
the Kuiper Funeral Home Chapel and Don WALTERS,
Minister, officiating.  Burial, Calumet Park Cemetery.
 Friends are invited to call SUnday, 2 to 5  and 7 to
9 pm at the Kuiper Funeral Home, 9039 Kleinman (2
blocks south of Ridge Rd. ) Highland.

Mr. NICHOLS was retired from the E.I. DuPont DeNemours
and Co. Inc with 46 years service.
