Survivors: wife, Pearl; two sons, Robert (Joy) Thomas of Lake Village, Keneth (Rosemary) Thomas of Hammond; three daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Frances)Eichensehr of Griffith, Mrs. George (Donna Jean) Heinz of Chicago, Ill., Mrs. William (Phyllis) Dixon of Naperville, Ill., 20 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Billy Cowgill of East Chicago. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 8, from Clarence J. Huber Funeral Home, 722 165th St., Hammond. Rev. S. Rolston officiating. Burial Elmwood Cemetery. Friends may call Wednesday 7 to 70 p.m., Thursday 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children.
